I know how enjoyable writing can be but also how challenging. I can make the process easier. I earned my master’s degree in writing from Columbia University, where I also earned my bachelor’s, and am currently a Lecturer in English at NYU, Parsons (the New School) and Fordham University. I served as a teaching assistant and grader in several English Literature courses at Barnard College, and have also had the pleasure of teaching writing to cancer survivors at an organization called Gilda’s Club in Greenwich Village. Recently, my own writing has earned notice in the Tampa Review, where one of my short stories won the Danahy Fiction Prize, and in the New Guard Literary Review.
Throughout my career as a teacher, I’ve helped countless students in their writing. I’ve shared my enthusiasm for the English language and, I hope, made the process of reading and writing and editing a little less ominous. I believe I can be of help. In addition to expert, affordable tutoring services, I offer help in editing all sorts of essays. If you have any questions, please let me know. I look forward to working with you.
